Beth allwn ni ei gynnig i chi?

Ym Met Caerdydd, rydym yn eich gwahodd i ymuno â’n cymuned gydweithredol. Gan ddyddio’n ôl i 1865, mae’n gwreiddiau yng Nghymru o hyd gyda chyrhaeddiad byd-eang sy’n cynnig byd o gyfle i chi. Rydym wedi cael cryn lwyddiant a chydnabyddiaeth yn y blynyddoedd diwethaf, ond megis cychwyn yw hynny. Mae Strategaeth 2023 yn egluro’n huchelgais i dyfu’n gwbl glir.

Rydym yn dîm amrywiol o feddyliau chwilfrydig, dyfeisgar – o’n staff academaidd ac ymchwil i’n staff proffesiynol a chymorth. Rydym yn rhoi’r amser i ddeall anghenion ein staff, ac yn eu llwyr gefnogi i archwilio a mabwysiadu syniadau newydd. Ymunwch â ni i ysgogi a sicrhau newid gwirioneddol, i ddatblygu’n enw da o ran ymchwil, gwella ein haddysgu a chryfhau’n hadrannau gwasanaethau proffesiynol – gan eich galluogi chi i gyflawni’ch potensial.
